PATTERN INFORMATION

Eira Cardigan is constructed out of 8 different pieces, which later on are connected together with a slip stitch technique. You will have 2 sleeves, 2 front panels, 1 back panel, collar ribbing and 2 pockets. The entire project will be worked alternating two stitches, yarn over slip stitch and slip stitch, both worked in the back loop only.
There will be some increases and decreases of slip stitches, mainly around the armholes on both sleeves and panels. To achieve fitted ribbing around the wrists you will be skipping some stitches and the ones that will be worked, are done so using a 8 mm crochet hook.
